1R954Baker-hvac
Nice to meet ull... yea DR99 ikr, we got like 3 other techs and a grounds guy but only about 2 of us really know the property so were constantly moving... think that's crazy, we got all of out leases ending at the same time so we have to turn about 80% of the property in one month for new move-ins... so around that time of year were runing around 90hrs a week... DR99
Did you see that fire that happened to the student housing under construction a few weeks ago? They even had to rescue a guy from the fire it was a pretty insane video. That seems like a pretty tiny crew for a property that size. 1R954Baker-hvac
Thanks ull...DR99 I heard about that fire but didn't see the video, sounds bad... yes I agree small crew but try telling the higher ups that...lol. for them its about saving money even though our property pulls in 33% of the company's net... not so bad though just have to learn time management and being efficient.. If not TIA should make one, I'm sure everyone would use it being that many people like me use their smart phone more than a computer... n.e. ways I'm looking foward to being involved with the community ... K.C
Welcome to the forums, glad to see another property maintenance tech. I'm also in your boat except pushing to move into the company IT department.
DR99
There is no TIA app, but they do have a mobile version of the Forum.
