Guest Dan
I'm looking of something I can plug a tool battery into that will supply power that I need to run an actuator. Want something that the battery plugs (i.e. Dewalt battery) into then has a wire coming from it that I can hook up to the actuator. It pretty much is going to look like a tool battery charger but needs to work in reverse. Anyone know where I can get something like that? DR99
If you ever watch Mythbusters they use cordless batteries all the time to more actuators, but they tend to just hold the wire on positive and negative terminals on the battery pack. There isn't any sort of prebuilt solution you could probably hack or modify one of the power adapters from a heated jacked to do what you want to do. Just a warning that me or TIA is not responsible for any injury or damage to your property if you act on this information.
