comp56 Posted October 25, 2014 Report Posted October 25, 2014 about 10 years ago I was following a truck on the hi-way and one of these things fell off the bumper onto the hi-way...........spun, flipped, rolled into the ditch.......I stopped and picked it up.....didn't thing it was going to be any good well aside from a few scuffs the thing worked perfect.......(couldn't get the guys attention so I kept it)turns out I still have it and it ended up taking a bit more abuse from me over the years.......so yesterday I seen one 40% off and figured I got to buy it......... 1
chadlanthier Posted October 25, 2014 Report Posted October 25, 2014 Truck fall off deals are sweet. And those cord winders are awesome.
Bigmikez Posted October 25, 2014 Report Posted October 25, 2014 There was a nice Louisville ladder on the freeway yesterday but I was late to an appointment already but I regret not stopping I know it was just a ladder but it looked nice
madman_us Posted October 25, 2014 Report Posted October 25, 2014 I just find old tires or trash cans when i drive on the freeway . you guys r lucky 1

NicholasShetley Posted October 25, 2014 Report Posted October 25, 2014 We were following a truck hauling a mobile home and one of the tires fell off of the trailer so we stopped and picked it up. It still had a lot of tread too.
Scoszko Posted October 29, 2014 Report Posted October 29, 2014 Looks like a nice reel. I usually only see buckets and coolers on the side of the road. I did see a shovel once in the middle lane of a highway. Traffic was too busy to be able to stop and get it.
madman_us Posted October 29, 2014 Report Posted October 29, 2014 ya it can be risky to pull over - but sometimes its worth it too
Scoszko Posted October 29, 2014 Report Posted October 29, 2014 Reminds me of the movie Dodgeball. If you can dodge a car, you can dodge a ball. Haha.
madman_us Posted October 29, 2014 Report Posted October 29, 2014 haha but balls don't hurt so much like a car or truck 1
chadlanthier Posted October 30, 2014 Report Posted October 30, 2014 Yep the only thing I ever find is the stuff I lost. I'm still looking for tire wrench I lost this summer.
Bigmikez Posted October 30, 2014 Report Posted October 30, 2014 so how much is the reward for dog?? LOL!!
RickyMcGrath Posted November 7, 2014 Report Posted November 7, 2014 I found three commercial grade air blowers for flood dryouts. All about 50 yards apart. I saw some pretty sweet plastic tubs the other day but was on the toll road and it would have taken me 25 minutes to make the loop and probably $10.00 in tolls.
