Maintenance Mania is a competition created from National Apartments Association for all the maintenance Technician of the industry of apartments complex and buildings. every state have their own event who ever is the winner is going to represent the state for the national event wish this year will be held in las Vegas Nevada with 20,000 dollars in cash and prices. Before the event you have to build a race car with Maintenace hardware like: plumbing, electrical, HVAC and more. Them you have to go to different stations to install as quick as possible the parts. Change water heater, fan, re keying a lock, smoke detector, ice maker, toilet fill valve and kitchen faucet stem valves. The faster the more chance you have to be the winner of this event.
