wayneburgess Posted July 22, 2012 Report Share Posted July 22, 2012 If you are on a budget, or if you are a home owner who is thinking should I buy a cheap tool, then think about the reconditioned tool market.You may find you can now afford a quality tool for the same price as a cheaper lower quality item.Many have been rebuilt by the manufacturer or by a recognised repairer and carry a good warranty.Remember to ask questions and keep an open mind and you could get yourself a very good deal.
