happy prospector
I have the 2420 hacksaw and only used it maybe a dozen times, I tried to remove the blade today and it's stuck good, I even put blade in a vice and gave the saw some tugging. Anyone else had this problem?
ChrisK
Sorry Kevin, I've had this one and currently have the Fuel without problem. Any chance the shaft of the blade exiting the knuckle is bent? That'd cause the blade to get jam Ed up. Also how long has the blade been in there? Any chance of rust? Maybe give a squirt of penetrating oil and let it sit for a while? ChrisK
Now that I think of it the oil may help if the locking pin jammer too.
comp56
blow it out with some air, mine got a little sticky after a few overhead cuts but after blowing it out and a few drops of oil it was good...

Bremon
As mentioned, blow some compressed air in there, then lubricate it a bit, I would imagine that will solve the problem.
BK13
I keep mine in it's kit bag, so I pull the blade every time I use it.
