markh
I am thinking about getting my first power tool combo kit and wanted some feedback. I am not sure if I should go with a Ryobi, Ridgid or something else. I am getting a house that needs some work, but not much. I am pretty good with stuff I buy, so I will take care of them. Any thoughts?
carp
If you are not using them a lot, i would go to Home Depot and see what is one sale. As long as it is a brand name, you will be fine. I am suggestion this because you stated you will not use them a lot. If you think you will be using them a lot for a variety of different things, take a look and see how many tools they have to expand for future use. Ryobi is nice because they offer a lot for their 18V.

nynets
I agree Dewalt. True and professional. You will pay more, but worth it.
