DPSElias
Are they going to be built in Milwaukee? Way to go team red and yellow for bringing jobs back!
Bishoptools
If Milwaukee are going to restart their manufacturing in the USA, that is music to my ears. A true American will always build in the USA. DeWalt's "Made in the USA" campaign is a bit misleading. I went to their factory where they assemble the tools in North/South Carolina (The warehouse is actually in both states, they have a line drawn on the ground where they separate - 4041 Pleasant Rd Fort Mill, SC 29708) and there was literally 1 assembly line with about 6 employees on each side with 1 lead supervisor per side. They took the motor assembly and switches that were made in China and put them in the clam shells and screwed the screws in to close the tool up. They were then test fired with a battery to make sure they work and then attached a "Made In the USA" sticker on the tool.
DPSElias
I actually think it is "Built in USA" not Made in for that very reason that some of the parts are made in china, but this is better than nothing right, giving some people jobs. WeldfabNeil
Way to go millwakee, it's time we all bring back American manufacturing am do more export then import. As a American I support my fellow Americans. To me that includes buying the products that provide my neighbors jobs.
