New to Site

I've been looking at this site for a while now and I thought I would just post and say how's it going.

I actually own a Power Tool service businees in Canada (don't worry not here to push my company),

and I am interested in anything that has to do with power tools, and if I can help someone thats

a bonus.

Good to have you here. I have been on the site for a while and we have some pretty regular people. How long have you woned your business for? Things in the states are pretty slow, how about up in Canada?

This is my sixth year and we can hardly keep up to the demand. Actually I have three inteviews next week for a customer service position.

Problem is everybody wants thier tools back INSTANTLY and it just can't happen, keeps it interesting.

Glad to hear business is well. Do you fix tools, is thatwhat you mean by customers wanting them back right away? Do you sell tools? Just curious.

We pretty much only service, we sell the accessories of the tools we are authorized for. I also sell factory remanufactured tools but I don't really stock a lot.

There are a lot of box stores around here so I let them sell the new stuff, I can't make any margin with them around. They don't service so its works out ok

they send me all their repairs. As far as wanting tools back instantly, just from the sheer volume of tools we get per week, my turn around time is around 1 week,

we get mostly contractors so they usually have more than one of their tools so they don't mind.
