Kenneth Denmark Posted September 9, 2015 Author Report Posted September 9, 2015 OK so let me get this straight. So you drill two different type of screws into each end, then you put the ends together, and use a drill magnet attachment to cause the screws your drilled in earlyer to tighten. If I understood that correctly, then yes I agree, screwing is the future. The idea here is that you can now put things together using what appears to be invisible screws, I assume if you wanted to remove them, you would just run the drill in reverse, correct? I guess we will see if this idea really takes on, keep in mind it has to past factory tests before factories convert to using this method on the assembly line.True! Quote
comp56 Posted September 9, 2015 Report Posted September 9, 2015 clearly a neat way to conceal fasteners especially for visible joints Quote
JeremyJ Posted September 13, 2015 Report Posted September 13, 2015 I never thought I would say this about hidden fasteners.....wow. Quote
