Michiganer
Hi- I bought this table saw at a garage sale and cannot figure out for the life of me how to adjust the blade height. I saw the guy lower the blade when I bought it. He cranked the black wheel. When I do it it just makes a clicking noise but it doesn't catch on anything. You can push it towards the table saw and it will catch on those cream-colored teeth behind it. I tried to crank it that way and I ended up breaking off some of those teeth. So obviously I am doing it completely wrong. Can anyone tell me how that should work? I have never had a table saw and I feel rather silly even asking. Thanks for all your help! By the way it is a nu-way 4002 model.
Michiganer
Well after finagling with it I finally figured it out. The black dial has to be pulled out at a certain angle in order for it to lock I can't believe I wasted all this time on this!
