It is Amazon Warehouse, marked as "Used" with minor cosmetic damage. In my experience, this item will probably be new with damaged packaging, maybe a dent on the metal case. I doubt the bits have been used but Amazon will accept a return and pay for return shipping if you are unhappy. I don't know about aircraft bits, but A-Z bits are the larger end of gauge measurement of drill bits which is there so you need three sets of drill bits. There's also the number set which is smaller than the letter set so what's called a full letter set has 107,106...4,3,2,1,A,B,C,...Y,Z. Agreed, and I love that about Amazon warehouse...and if the packaging did cause an issue Amazon will make it right. My worst buy was a Gearwrench 3/8" 120XP ratchet for $20, I received a Husky in Gearwrench packaging. Obviously someone bought the Gearwrench and replaced it with a Husky and returned it to Amazon...The quick release sucked. Complained to Amazon and they gave me a full refund and let me keep the Husky, which I gave away. Speaking of Amazon warehouse. I was browsing the stock of that B&D seller above after I posted and saw BD 4.0 Ah batteries for $13, so I bought a couple. I need them for my B&D trimmer, it's a pain in the ass with the 2.0s I have now. Then I found an Amazon Warehouse deal on the B&D Autosense for $19 so I figured what the hell...but I also previously bought the $16 B&D kit.
