What am I doing wrong? (electrical)

I am in the process of switching all the outlets in my house from almond to white. But two of them won't work using a switch anymore.

I reinstalled them exactly how they were wired before but nothing. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong.

The wiring is as follows:

Black to top right brass screw

Red to bottom right brass screw

^brass tab removed in between the two^

White to bottom left silver screw

Nothing to top left silver screw

^brass tab intact^

Ground to bottom left green screw

It should be noted I'd like the bottom outlet operated by switch and the top continuously on.

I posted the same question on another forum I frequent..

I was told to remove the tabs on the hot side (brass) from all of the receptacles (with the red wire) in the same circuit. That fixed it!

Both outlets worked in my previous set up, they just wouldn't operate by switch.

Ahh, you didn't mention that you didn't remove tabs on all those with red wires...
