comp56 Posted January 3, 2016 Report Share Posted January 3, 2016 started a new project involving a guitar shaped table, not very big just an accent table if you will...here is the glue up and the template ........ Wood used:Red OakWalnutPaduak once the slab was what I call taken out of the flat oven (planer) the template was used to draw out the shape.... then off to the cutting tool.........more to come...... 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

comp56 Posted January 4, 2016 Author Report Share Posted January 4, 2016 thanks everyone, got the neck middle and bridge inlay done, again my favorite part is getting a finish on things to see the wood pop.... for now time to flip it over and work on a design for legs......I'm going with walnut legs of sorts with a support about 2 inches from the floor, I am laying it out right on the bottom of the table but it won't be there when finished. still have work to do on each leg before it all goes together......more to come.... 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
