SPINNER673 Posted February 12, 2016 Report Posted February 12, 2016 DeWalt UK posted this on their twitter this afternoon. Brushless 18v circ saw perhaps? https://twitter.com/DEWALT_UK/status/698207872849682432
Logan Posted February 12, 2016 Report Posted February 12, 2016 definitely looks like a cordless circular saw should be great
Big Adam Posted February 12, 2016 Report Posted February 12, 2016 That's a very big saw or a very small van 1
KnarlyCarl Posted February 12, 2016 Report Posted February 12, 2016 Its a sprinter van, it appears, I use one for work, and there's no way a circ saw would take up that much room... we get the idea thoSent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk
Millerzconstruction Posted February 13, 2016 Report Posted February 13, 2016 Is it a battery power tile saw? Idk it's a big box. I would guess a table saw But the pic is not that on the box. Millerz

midogrumpy Posted February 13, 2016 Report Posted February 13, 2016 well, just before x-mas I talked to several Dewalt rep (they say they are close to product development) and they said in Q1 2016 we will see a brushless circ. saw
Hugh Jass Posted February 13, 2016 Report Posted February 13, 2016 well, just before x-mas I talked to several Dewalt rep (they say they are close to product development) and they said in Q1 2016 we will see a brushless circ. saw I don't buy Q1, but I'll be happy if it comes this year at all. I'm hoping that they can bring a lot more to the table than just a brushless motor though, it would be great to have more RPM and torque as well so it stays competitive for at least a year.

Hugh Jass Posted February 13, 2016 Report Posted February 13, 2016 7-1/4" ? I pray not, it would certainly be right side blade like everything else on the market, which I absolutely hate.
WigWagWorkshop Posted February 13, 2016 Report Posted February 13, 2016 contractors table saw that can double has a circular saw

comp56 Posted February 13, 2016 Report Posted February 13, 2016 you could always get this monster for the bigger jobs but still has portability.... 2
Paul_Delahaye Posted February 14, 2016 Report Posted February 14, 2016 Nice, I love a left handed circular saw, I find them so much easier to use being right handed. I just wish they would make more of the larger corded saws in the same way. But anyway, I've been waiting for a 18v cordless for a while and have been holding back on buying the old XR version to replace my 15 year old Dewalt cordless saw which just eats the old style batteries for lunch.

Mr. Yellow Posted February 14, 2016 Report Posted February 14, 2016 Or a cordless crosscut saw, like Festool's HK55 and 85. Wouldn't mind that in shiny yellow. Sent from somewhere by someone using something.
