I don't use it as much as I used to, but it is handy. I have made a lot of logos with it. So if you select the color you want you just paint it on the "layer 1." Or you can copy, then hit "ctrl + O" click ok, paint that image to the color you want then hit "Ctrl + V" to past the graphic over the color. You do need Photoshop to do this because it's a .psd file.
