so according to that video you managed to drill 2 1/2 holes successfully so my battery run time on my Milwaukees are not that bad after all, considering this is a corded model. So in saying that approx $8 a hole......... the price of the Milwaukee's are cheap if you look at it the way I am........

Jimbo you should replace sound track of the video to straight up music and take it back along with the drill and ask them what gives?....the box says you can drill metal, concrete or wood but it didn't bother to mention 1 hole a piece.....lol

HF has some real gems but their drills are terrible. The shop has a HF 18v, you can stop it in drill mode with your hand.

I'm sure the Chicago electric brands aren't as easy to smoke... You might get 5 holes

But in all seriousness I didn't think I was doing overly tasking things for this drill, I've put more exertion on.my cordless drills.

Your giving it too much credit BMack. We have one at my school and it can be stopped by looking at it too hard lol.

The real question and the more I thought about it today the more it pissed me off... Why do they sell this shit who would even think it's a good idea to sell this garbage that can't even drill a 1/2" hole and cedar is dense but it's not really that hard of a wood. Total garbage and we all laugh and make fun of it and it was so much fun but I would like to meet the d&$khole that created this POS!!

I was looking at a 10.5 amp Dewalt I'd imagine it's probably the same thing, been thinking about getting a good cordless drill.

I have 2 Dewalt corded drills.  my older 3/8" one model no. DW106 5.4 amps Ive had for around 15 years or so,comfy to use plenty of power for smaller stuff on the bench. My newer Dewalt corded 1/2" drill model no. DWD210G 10 amps is a freakin beast and it plows thru stuff.

Always nice to have some good corded stuff.
