Yes, I've had the chattering noise and the chuck loosens up quite quickly and drops the mixing paddle into the bucket. Basically have to tighten it up every half bucket. Milwaukee FINALLY gave me a new one so we'll see. I've heard this complaint not just online, but from other tradesman in person.
