[milwaukee 0824-20 collar stuck n hammer mode?]

I have a milwaukee 0824-20 hammer drill from an 18v combo kit and its selector collar is stuck on hammer mode. anyone have opinions on what wrong everything else on the drill works but its stuck on hammer

Hey guys im new here.

I have a milwaukee 6520-21 sawzall that i got from a friend. However when i turned it on the motor runs but the reciprocating shaft does not move. You guys have any ideas what the problem might be? I want to get it fixed but milwaukee doesn't give any estimates and i dont want to spend at max 90 dollars to fix it. So if u guys can help me out that would be great.
