You can get most replacement belts at an hardware store. If you have a specialty belt sander, you may have better luck looking online. I agree with Larry, typing in the specific model may be your best option. Otherwise checking out some hardware supply stores online under belt sanders is a good option.

Identifying the best cordless drill really depends on what the project you are using the drill for. Is it "do-everything" drill or is it for a heavy duty project where you need to ensure enough power? There are a lot of cordless tools available, but I would recommend looking at a couple side by side, comparing power, battery life, etc. This can be done online or in a store.

Good advice DewaltKing. A new router can cost a lot, but if it is only getting minimal use, a used one doesn't hurt. But if you would really like a new one all the brands you mentioned are great quality. Word of mouth is valuable though, so if you friend swears by his Porter Cable, that is a way to go.
