[DCF895M2 - Awesome deal!!]

Trying to determine if I should the trigger on this before sale is over, even though I don't really need at the moment, but a good deal is a good deal.  However,  I see the DCF886M2 kit sells for $249 all day long, $17 more. 

I know the DCF895 is the premium model but the DCR886 has the same max torque, but lacks 3 speed and the snub-nose push button release.  Seems like the snub-nose push button is user preference more than anything.  So, I guess the question is, how useful is the 3 speed transmission?

[18V vs 20V MAX circ and jigsaw]

I'm looking to get cordless circ and jigsaw.  I have 2 18V tools (drill and reciprocating saw) and now 20V MAX tools.  Is it worth the extra cost to get the 20V circ and jigaw (1 kit, 1 bare) vs. 2 bare 18V tools?  Are there improvements in the tools themselves?  Is performance going to be superior with 20V MAX batts?

There are a lot of people selling 20V MAX batteries on eBay.  Most of them are the first mode w/o the fuel gauge, but there are a handful of people who are selling ones with the gauge.

They all advertise them as new without packaging.  Everyone says they were "separated from kits".  I contacted one seller who is local and they said the same thing, and indicated the batteries had a Dec 2012 manufacture date.

I can save about $80 on a pair of batteries from the local eBay seller, which is a nice chunk of money, but I'm concerned about getting counterfeit batteries.  Is there a good chance these are counterfeit?
