Thanks for the input. I have already done the items you have mentioned but I am interested in the disassemble of the nose and quick disconnect end. I generally do a service on all of my tools and equipment so it sounds like I should buy a service manual if there is one available. I have replaced a couple of the O-rings on the ram and piston but everything else seems fine. Any thoughts on the grease and oil for this unit?

Would like to know if anyone has any idea how long a person should run this demolition hammer before servicing the unit or any literature about this hammer. Hate to take it in when I can do the work myself.
