Got this recently as part of the 20v Compact Drill/Driver Kit.
I'm getting less than what I feel (and have read elsewhere or experienced with other compact drivers) is acceptable run time with the drill (driver seems fine).
I returned the first set of batteries, but have the same issue with the new ones.
Is it possible there is a problem with the drill......maybe a glitch causing it to drain the battery?
The drill sees light duty installing cabinets and I feel I should be getting better results than a dead battery after drilling 50-60 1/8 - 3/16" holes over the course of a day or two.
Yes, I've allowed for charge cycling.
I'm hesitant to return/exchange the drill because the current one has a solid chuck with very little runout.
I'd like to avoid the exchange carousel, if possible.
