  1. I'm a small engine tech. I work on anything that's not a car, truck, van, etc. I work a good 26 hours a week mainly because i still have to deal with school. This is a current project that I have been working on since October. It is another Ke100 (I was going to use it as a parts bike but i decided to fix it up.) note:gas tank is on my work bench.

  2. I agree people with technical and building skills are undervalued.  What scares me is they are eliminating these things from high schools.  I know my local school took away autoshop and woodworking.  I took both those classes in High School.  Can only imagine what is happening across the country.

Not to mention that there's no F.F.A. program in high schools around here.

  3. So i've been getting used to the fourm and i thought i should introduce myself. I have watched TIA since about August 2011 and it's gotta be one of my favorite channels. I am a motorcycle tech. from South Texas, who prefers Makita (I'm one of the few), DeWalt, and Bosch. I am mototexas on the garage journal, Sebastian Baetz on youtube, and 175_lover on thumpertalk. I own my own (Private) shop in San Antonio. Lastly i prefer Ford, Pontiac, Ram, Honda, and Toyota for Trucks and cars and Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki and Triumpth for motorcycles.

  4. Sorry to hear that MR.D there is a special place in hell for people that steal another mans tools. It's up there on the worst things ever. Well don't know about winning the toolbag but if you comment on the video's and are active on the forums they do take care of the TIA members with other cool stuff.

If you are a mechanic,or anyone it can be the worst day of your life, tools put food on the table.
