Yesterday I had Home Depot price match Amazons $275 price on the DW745. ($25 of $100 DeWalt Promo) At that time (11AM PST) the price was still $299. i got a written quote for 275 but now can get in down to $225 Thanks so much for the info!! I may not have seen the change without this post.
