Definitely. You can also charge to do other people's! I've been looking for a deal on a torque wrench but man it's hard to trust used torque wrenches and the pricing indicates that. Man I wish I knew someone locally with one of those!

You can check to your nearest hardware stores. They are selling torque wrenches.

I have this I believe it to be 4 lb sledgehammer(Never weighed it but pretty sure that's the size) I found it on a job site and had used it a few times. Well the other day the head fell right off. It has a fiberglass handle so not like I can exactly repair it. What is the deal with Kobalt hand tools? On the page for that tool on the Lowes site it says Lifetime warranty. So is this basically like Craftsman where I can just go in store find another one and they do a simple exchange?

Did you read the terms and condition of Warranty?

For me I prefer to use Swiss Knife because it is all around use. I can use use for hunting for food, cutting and also for survival against wild beast or animals.

My dog loves to look out the window but has been destroying my sill so I decided to make him a bed that would raise him up and hopefully protect my window. I decided to build it with all pocket holes. I bought the Kreg mini pocket hole jig which worked pretty good. Used some black stain and then sanded it a bit for an antique look. The last picture doesn't do the " antique look" justice, but I will be going back and giving it a little more aggressive sanding to enhance the look. It's big but the dog loves it so I'm happy it worked out. Now to replace the sill...

That's nice. it's simple but useful for dog's bed. :)

  5. Hey guys just a quick question, what do y'all use to clean your tools? I like to try to keep my tools clean as I'm sure most of y'all do. I try to wipe them off as soon as possible but sometimes oil paint or other substances get up in them and well don't simply wipe off. So... I just want to know what do y'all use?

When I watched the reviews of this power tool in YouTube, they are just discuss or explain the usage of this tool. Also they mention the package included of this power tool.

  7. I need to buy some heavy duty tough cordless toolkits for my construction class.(Drills ,impact drivers saws, grinders)

I had hitachi for a few years but my students drop them from roofs and benches and work them hard so most have  either broken casings or worn out motors

Bosch seem to have the toughest outer casing ? as I was very impressed with some of the clips on you tube tests. Also their cut out system seems good, however it seems not all their tools are the robust model along with brushless ?  their website is very confusing with all their models. Also run time and features not as good as Milwaukee ? ( my other choice at this stage )

    My choices so far

    1. Bosch ( tough outer casing)

    2. Milwaukee (outer casing ?)

    3. Hilti  (cant find much info out there on this brand)

    4. the rest Mak, Dewalt, Hitachi, ect all much of a muchness IMO unless some one can prove how tough the casing is.

    Thanks

Here is my thought, If I'm buying a power cordless tools here is my consideration:

    1. Battery usage

    2. Battery Life Cycle

    3. Durability of a Cordless Tool

    4. Usage of a tool

    5. Of course warranty is the most important

  8. While browsing the hand tools at lowes the other day I came across these gearless ratchets in three drive sizes, not just 3/8. What's odd is the 3/8 set with the ratchet and some universal sockets was only $19.99. I wound up getting the 1/4 inch one and used it on some interior work and it worked great but you do have to hold the ratchet close to perpendicular to the anvil otherwise it sort of locks up. If you keep that in mind it works fine though. If you need a ratchet for tight spaces I would recommend these. I'm not sure how much torque these will hold up to but if you happen to break it, they do have a lifetime warranty.

I have a question for you:

How many Nm (Newton meter) do you need?

You may ask sales man about the warranty condition for the ratchet.
