  1. Canadian Tire. Most Dewalt  product they carry shows up at the car part chains a few months later, guessing they have same rep. HD up here never carries the mechanic line stuff. CTC had the paint guns and big tool chests for eons before there was any info online. maybe a year before the tool chest wars started.

  2. Yeah it's weird how some products just show up. Nothing on news desk, main Web site. Sometimes the sub has way more info than SBD. The torque wrenches were on the shelf for about 2 months before anything appeared online.

  3. Just found some new products in automotive section.

DXAEPS2CA Power Station Jump Starter Air Compressor

None were out of box yet so couldn't get a hands on they are made by Baccus they make the Cat and B+D chargers and used to be part of Stanley Group. $300 Beaver bucks so should be around $200 US when they show up at Part Source etc.

  4. Bremon is on track. New model has more grunt can push more than just silicone/ PL.

Met local rep while at HD. Rep says if it is on the Web Site now  it will be in stores Aug 15 (at least for his stores) most of the 20v product will be part of a separate news release likely fall availability. Asked about the caulk gun he said it is a major step up from the old 18v, be worth the wait. Had a hands on with flexvolt...WOW Just WOW!!!!  did not have date for power station or 9a battery yet

  6. power comes in all forms....if you go to Dewalt's updated web site and look at the new compressor offerings you will find the DXCMTA1980854 this is an 8 gallon compressor with a dual voltage AC motor 120/240. this is a really cool concept for construction sites.
