I got the drawing from Dewalt.
It does not appear that it is possible to further disassemble the mandrel, and no individual bearing is visible.
So I will ask them if it is possible to purchase the full mandrel assembly (and if it is cheaper than buying a whole new tool)

hello,
it's not new, it's more than 2 years old, so no warranty any more...

Hello,
I have quite a lot of play in the mandrel of my DCD732D2 so I wanted to disassemble the mandrel to see if I could change the bearing.
I've come so far, but don't see how to disassemble the mandrel any further. Any idea ?
thank you

Hello,
some news, so as the spare parts are more than half the price of a new drill, I bought the same drill again.
After a few tests, there is again some play on the mandrel. On a 10mm drill bit, I have about 1,5 mm play at the tip of the bit (yes, I checked that the bit was straight, I have no play at all on my floor drill press), which induce inaccuracy and a lot of vibration.
So I returned the new drill. I think I will change for a Makita or Bosch (which are unfortunately more expensive)
