I recommend contacting DeWalt, their warranty service has been excellent in my experience.
I will, I first wanted to make sure there's nothing wrong in the way I use it

Hi everyone,
new here, I have issues with my oscillating multi tool, model is DCS355N-XJ.
It's only 3 months old.
The issue I have is that when I keep the button pressed at full power, the tool stops working after a few seconds.
This happens only when I have an attachment like the sander pad or a cutting blade.
If I keep the button pressed without any attachment, the tool runs continuously without any stop.
I'm not an expert, I'm quite an inexperienced DIYer, any suggestion?
Should I call and send it back on warranty for repair?
Or there might be any mistake I make in the way I use it?
thanks in advance to whoever will help me

Thank you!
yes, I have 2 batteries, same issue with both. Initially I thought they were discharged, but same happens when fully charged.
