I'm looking at these 4WheelOnline wheels and tires for my Jeep Wrangler. Which brand should I go with? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My mechanic told me that over time, traditional shocks lose efficiency and eventually fail, causing excessive tire and suspension component wear. While Bilstein shock absorbers continue to perform at their best for the rest of their lives. So I'm thinking of purchasing Bilstein shocks for my truck.
