    C27C3DB3-5D36-4029-BF94-3B75CCB0F0AF.thumb.jpeg.93adbf5c5f38cd2a09e469621404f29e.jpegThis has happened to me also.  The 5.0 battery is melted, I think after the first use.  I noticed it was difficult to remove, but didn’t check for battery damage… this is Milwaukee!  Will be returning mine for replacement.
