I have a DWS779 that is binding when the blade is on it. I have verified that the blade is not warped, as I have tried two different ones. When I take the blade off the mechanism spins fine. The blade lock pin also will no longer engage. I think that the blade lock may not be fully releasing or engaging. Anyone had an issue like this? Any ideas how to fix? I actually took the spindle mechanism completely out and see nothing that would cause it to bind.
