I have a SPT99-11 10" saw and it has the same exact problem.. I spent an hour trying to get the insert level before I realized that everything between the two miter slots is lower than the edges outside of the miter slots

If you are still under warranty. You can move this issue to dispute. I assume you are saying that the miter holding the blade has height at different angles. This situation can create a serious problem.

I have been using the typical tools in construction with mostly Makita and Milwaukee lithium battery tools and DeWalt corded tools.

But my aluminum 77 circular saw and magnesium Sawsquatch are really just as good in every way as the big three pro tools.

Honestly at first I thought they were good tools that I favor as top home user tools, but with real life jobsite usage,, I now say confidently that these are pro.

The only other high end home user tools that I would consider pro stuff are the Ridgid tools and accessories.

Thanks for sharing your equipment information. I also love using Ridgid products.

When I really looked at the fence to figure out the issue, it is bent at one end kicking out the piece towards the blade causing the cuts to be out of square.

Kickback is a situation when wood gets picked up by the blade and violently thrown at you, which happens way faster than you can react. This usually occurs when the workpiece pinches the blade or gets stuck between the blade and the rip fence.

Still, it's good to have other opinions. It would be nice if there s a photo.
