Hi all, I'm a German student and I'm writing my bachelor degree work about the repair services of the different power tool manufacturers (DeWalt, Rigid, Hilti, Festool, Craftsman, etc.) in the USA. I try to figure out what tool manufacturer offers the best repair service. Do you have any experiences with the repair services of power tool manufacturers?
