Do anyone know how to set up notifications to get em to your phone via email with stuff going on in Tia forums?

We got a pretty big shop, holds 6 golf carts... its mostly a parts shop. This is where I clock in and out and get work orders dispatched from...

Thanks ull...DR99 I heard about that fire but didn't see the video, sounds bad... yes I agree small crew but try telling the higher ups that...lol. for them its about saving money even though our property pulls in 33% of the company's net... not so bad though just have to learn time management and being efficient..

Hello... don't know if I'm in the right forum but sounds like a good place to start...lol. anyone in the hvac field heard of vapor vue? I believe its a metering device that adapts to your gauge manifold to helpyou charge r22 quicker in liquid...many guys I know are starting to use them. Anyone have thoughts on it?

Nice to meet ull... yea DR99 ikr, we got like 3 other techs and a grounds guy but only about 2 of us really know the property so were constantly moving... think that's crazy, we got all of out leases ending at the same time so we have to turn about 80% of the property in one month for new move-ins... so around that time of year were runing around 90hrs a week...

Hello ull... my name is Randall. I've been following T.I.A. for a while now and decided jump on the forums.. I'm currently in Gainesville FL. I work for a property management company in-which I maintain and repair all aspects of a 1296 unit student housing community, from hvac to plumbing to electrical and ect.... almost everything gets done in-house... been with my company about 5 years now... looking to get my contractors soon to move on and branch off by myself in hvac only which is my main interest ... n.e. ways ... looking forward to meeting new people here and hearing thoughts from the minds of others in many fields of the trades...
