  1. Hello Tools in Action members! My name is Shaun, and I am co-owner of Logica Tool LLC, based out of Arizona. One of your members “Woodstockva” was kind enough to invite me to your board so that I could share with you a brand new tool we are bringing to market: the HEXtension. Our company, Logica Tool, is a labor of love shared by the two of us, Shaun and Andrew. We’ve been friends since early childhood, which developed into working together once our passion turned to all things automotive. We have had our hand in everything from rust buckets and beaters to high horsepower Camaros and Supras, covering the whole spectrum of automotive repairs and modifications. Throughout our work, we came to realize that a tool is only good if it works for you, rather than the other way around. For this reason, we developed our first product—HEXtension. Working in cramped confines, such as underneath a CT-26 turbocharger or around the number seven spark plug of an F-body, we came up with an idea to design an extension that is more than just added reach. Our tool is designed to allow the user to get a wrench—whether box, open, or other—onto any plane of the central axis, meaning that wherever there is space for a hand, there’s space for a wrench. No more struggling to fit the driver on the very end, or fishing for the right length extension for a particular application. The flexibility is tremendous, and allows for other functions such as putting multiple wrenches on at the same time, increasing torque while also distributing it evenly onto the fastener you are struggling with. The possibilities are limited only by what you can come up with in your automotive applications. Attached you will find images of our tool. Even better would be to visit our website, www.logicatool.com, to check out all the information. We’d love to hear your feedback on our tool. Passionate discussion is what will improve our product so that we can ultimately deliver to you a hand tool that works, that simplifies, and that you’re glad to use. Currently we have threads started at Garage Gazette and The Garage Journal online forums. Once more, thanks for your interest and support. We look forward to hearing from you all.
