Just got a new DWE315 Oscillating Tool. When there is no blade in the clamp the two flanges meet and you cannot see the teeth that engage the slots in a blade. With a blade in the clamp the two flanges do not come all the way together and you can actually see the teeth on one side (below) of the blade. Is this how it is supposed to work or should the flanges come together so that you don't see the teeth? TIA
