Ok but doesn't gorilla glue foam up? I guess if I clamp it up tight.

if your using a kreg pocket screw set up ya probably don't need to glue it however if you still want to I suggest gorilla wood glue.....MDF usually don't like glue because it is very porous but you should be ok for a book shelf.......apply a very thin coat on both sides of connection and let sit 10 or so minutes then apply again just before you screw it tight wipe off any extra....

Hey guys.
It might be a stupid question, but I'm new to Furniture making and want to build a bookshelf out of Mdf using pocket screws. I want to use titebond 2 to glue the joint before screwing it, but I've never glued Mdf. Can I use normal wood glue on Mdf or should I use something else?

If its the second story floor you won't be able fasten the floor boards from underneath. But they make a screw with trim heads that you could use to fasten them from the top.if possible pre drill your hole and try to squeeze some glue down before you screw it.
