Very cool Chris, I'm not too familiar with the systainers, just used to packing the power tools in the gang boxes, but might consider some systainer or t-stack style one of these days..
-
That's impressive Chris... What do you mostly use your systainers for?
-
Wow, that's a sweat looking saw. Make me want a plunge saw even more now....
-
Great looking job

Saw stop is a nice saw. Maybe I'll save some money and put that saw on the list?

Thanks a lot for al the advice guys, I like that saw. I will definitely get a saw with the stand.

Thanks guys for your input, and thanks for the TIC review ChrisK... I am leaning toward the Dewalt, but have some time before I pull the trigger. I have an old Craftsman table saw and might be able to turn in in for a rebate on a new Dewalt at the Dewalt service shop by me....

I'm looking to pick up a new portable table saw in the new future. I'm looking toward either the Dewalt DWE7491RS or the Bosch 4100-09.
Does anyone have any good or bad things to say about either saw, likes/dislikes? Or any opinions on other saws?
Thanks guys...

This should be fun

I have an old Dewalt DW965 12V right angle cordless, and I'm thinking that Makita impact would be a great replacement for it.

Thanks guys

Started this last January and finally got around to neaten up the low voltage wiring to the controls. Did not like the exposed low voltage wiring so I decided to run some more EMT to conceal the 18 gauge wire.. When I change the boiler I will take care of the white thermostat wires that are above the Zone Valve control panel

Thanks NER,,, I cut my teeth in the residential plumbing/heating trade in the late 80's through the mid 90's then landed a Union Job with the Operating Engineers in NYC, from 1996-2014. NowI'm with the same company but no longer Union , working in their Residential operation Dept.
I used to do a lot of side work with a cousin of mine that is in the same business as me, kitchens, bathrooms, boilers etc. We wanted to do all the work ourselves from the gut to the tile and trim work. We both loaded up on a lot of tools over the years..
My Dad is a Master Carpenter by Trade (78 years young) we try to do a lot together when we have the time for family and friends. I never get bored of adding more tools to my collection. I also have a QEP 10" and a MK 7" wet saws that are not pictured along with a slew of hand tools.
I noticed about the pics as well but when I open them up on my I-Pad they are right side up? Not sure why?

Wow! thats quite the spread of tools!!! palm sanders to pipe threaders, geez you do a little of everything dont you!
what exactly is your line of work?
as im sure you noticed, all the pictures are flipped.. sometimes if your taking them straight from a mobile device they load weird.. maybe one of the moderators can flip them for you otherwise you can try loading them to your computer, clicking edit on your post, deleting the pictures and then reloading them from the computer.. wait and see if a moderator can help first though..

Here are the rest...

My brother and I did pretty good with our Super Bowl boxes this year and I am going to pull the trigger on a new table saw ( and a new electric pipe bending machine) in the next few weeks... Wish me luck... Lol
