Yeah I knew they were expensive.the one I googled had 4 outlets, 2 high pressure and 2 standard. It's not really the high pressure I'm after but the size and weight will help with fitting all my gear in the ute. Just not sure if a small compressor like that will keep the air up to 2 framing guns.

G'day guys. Looking to replace my air compressor and come across the max high pressure one. Are any contractors using these ? Curious to know if they will keep up with 2 framing guns going at the same time.

DCN660 finish nailer. Has any one else had trouble with skipping. I have had a huge problem with it skipping nails. I probably put about 2 blank holes for every hole with a nail.
G'day Toolman, I had a lot of trouble with this happening in the older nailers and found it was when using non genuine nails such as Paslode or spotnails. I now only use dewalt brand nails and in approx 20,000 nails have had very few misfires with my new dcn660s.
Cheers Jim

It's now available for pre order in Australia with a delivery date of early December . The price is $799 AU with 2 5ah batteries charger and an 18v multi tool or 10.8v drill via redemption.

Framer I have the older version of these guns and have found it a vast improvement on the paslode. We use it for fitting out houses and find it gives a much more consistent depth of drive than the paslode as well as virtually no maintenance. I can't wait for this to be available in Australia and hope they are as good and reliable as the older version.i'd be curious how it compares to the cordless paslode 16ga if you have one.

Not being launched into Australia until November according to the dewalt Facebook page. Not HappyI checked with my supplier also. He said hopefully two more weeks but said dewalt Europe haven't even got any stock yet. I'm just looking for bare tool myself.I also can't wait to get it and be done with my shitty paslode that I have to play with to get working after every 5 nails

We don't use coil nailers in Australia for framing .The coil nailers I'm talking about is the AN611. We use them mainly for nailing off bracing ply, cladding , decking and nailing off straps and tie downs. The older of the guns would be 8 or 9 years old and is only recently showing signs of wear. I bought a senco about a year ago but rarely use it as I like the Makitas better.Im planing on order the makita coil framing nailer so thanks but i cant find any videos or reviews on it

Interesting to note that the one you linked above is 230v and 50 Hz which should work in Aus.
