    Good grief that's a stellar price, can that be used for a price match between stores?


    I did hear rumors of a brushless of a model....... but I pick up these today. As a price match, it is worth asking. Lowes has the bare tool at $269.

    I was told it depends if the individual store ordered any. I just asked at customer service and she called some one and they verified that 8 were on order to be delivered on 8/18/16. When I asked about the price she stated it was still $59. I would visit or call one of your area HDs and check.

    Bunch of guys won them at Christmas, last I heard they were bum batteries and stopped working after a month or so,@glasseyi has one

    I am a "DeWalt Fan Boy".....and theses are "junk" in my opinion. I won one from TIA (thanks again Eric and Dan) and have since replaced it.

    I would never buy one outright.

    Does your HD do the 11% rebate match automatically? Or do they make you send it in. Mine will do the hf coupon and am really wanting to get the dewalt planer. Hf has a 25% off coupon starting tomorrow that I would love to use.

    Now about this DS450...Can we assume it is the same box as the DS400 with just a cart attached? Is it permanently attached? If so, then the olny way to stack is with the yellow clips? and I understand they are prone to break if overstressed, so putting a DS300 full of tools on top would be risky?

    I assume it is the same box as DS400 and is one piece construction.

    I think 1 DS300 on top of this would be fine.

    But you can not beat the versatility of the carts.....I have thinking of adding some brackets and loading up 6 DS100 so I can store all my hardware.
