    One thing to consider maybe the tilt panel door, you mentioned that you may remove the ceiling for storage at a later date. Might consider a standard roller door to make that removal a little easier for you in the future.

    In regards to removing the ceiling I'd give it some extra thought though as it will make it harder to contain dust from tools and testing. With a standard timber trussed roof there will be a lot of timber exposed for dust to collect on, verses a contained plasterboard area.

    Personally I'd look at a good racking system along one wall for any longer lengths of timber, or even some compact external racks on a side wall maybe behind the smaller rear roller door access.

    Also lighting for the studio would also be better in a fully sheeted / painted room. If you can get recessed fluros installed even better.

    Re insulation, yes installing another layer over the plasterboard when the builder is finished will certainly help. If you can batten the walls out slightly and use a product called "Air Cell" underneath, then even better!

    I'd also check with the builder on what an upgrade to 'Sound Check' gyprock will cost you as that could be worth the investment!

    Good luck with any road you go down mate, and remember you have years to perfect the ultimate man cave, so don't stress :)

    Yes I own the same Bosch one as @james10million They are tons easier to use than levels.

    Escavating

    laying waste pipes

    Cabinets

    any leveling job it can handle

    Lasers MASTER MOST jobs but Levels also have a key role.

    to me levels are good for quick grab to see if this of that board is level.

    It sort of the final check for me.

    Man guys there's no other way to say or tell like u guys did but I'm gonna try lol!! Dan and Eric created this place for all us tool junkies to come and interact with and socialize with but I don't think they thought we would become a family cus that's how I feel though I haven't met u guys in person I feel like I have I talk about the crew to my bro in laws and best friends and they're like wtf are these peeps?? Lol! I respond with the word my FRIENDS, I wish I had more talent and tool knowledge to bring to the table but 100% of the time it's u guys teaching me so much and I just want to say Thank you! And Thank you to our great hard working  Moderators and b4 I forget congratulations to my Toolsnob friend Chrisk for becoming a DADDY[emoji106] And another big congrats to Comp for becoming the newest moderator! Comp you are one talented dude and I know if I ever need any kind of advice or help with something I know I can count on you[emoji106]  Dan and Eric THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!     I have to make a quick post and say Go Cubs Go.  I have been waiting my whole life for this and I hope this year it happens.  For the past couple of years you guys have seen me wear that old Cubs sweatshirt on the videos.  I have it on now for my good luck charm.

    I'm as bad as u mate, my card games goes as far as snap. Tried a games at the casino once and all the Asians hated me for being on their table :)
