sorry no it is not but from what I have read it has a problem with vibration compared to the North America's palm design model
maybe that is why the second handle? not sure.....
I know my Milwaukee ROS is great sand all day no problem with vibration.....
There no problem with vibration, it's very nice sander

Got some more sanding pads to finish up prepping the deck.
Oh and this came home with me too. now to pick out a new blade. I'm thinking Freud industrial. Recommendations??

When it comes out in America I would highly recommend they make it either 7" or 10". I've seen other 8 1/2" miter saws like the one made by Metabo, but I would avoid it because the unusual blade diameter would make the blade selection very limited.
Blade it Europe is easy the go and get but you can stick a 7 inch in it
