Got the battery to charge to full, had to discharge it 2-3 times and charge it and it charged to full..

Anyone knows how to do a 5 cycle priming of the battery??

The old battery flashed the yellow and red for one sec and says charged.

 

It did that in both chargers.

 

with new battery , chargers say full but the battery only has 2 out of 3 leds

 

very strange..

 

How do you measure the voltage with a millimeter

Just got a dewalt oscillating tool with charged and battery

 

battery was charged and used it, but could not recharge it again.

 

The charger says charged, but the led on battery had only 1 out of 3

 

I tried another charger same thing.

 

Returned the battery and got a new one and now I can't get it to charge passed 2 out of 3

 

Are they batteries defective???

 

Also if I get a 5 amp 20v version can I use it in all my 20v tools?
