Ah John, your killing me dude! You know AC is not that far from Philly, I could get there in less then an hour! Nice haul man. Keep that RED coming.
Thanks man. Yea I'm loving the Milwaukee line up right now but Dewalt just came out with a nice hammerdrill. I'm sticking to the red tho for a while. They haven't let me down yet

I didn't realize how big that impact is until you have it in your hand. That thing is huge. No it's not the rolling one its just the little pouch that goes over your shoulder it's pretty nice

So I went ahead and bought the fuel brushless 1/2 impact wrench. I also picked up the one key driver and impact. The new Milwaukee electrician bag and another fuel sawzall which was free with the set. God damn you Home Depot you strike again. #tiacrew

yeah the compact BL models from Makita and Milwaukee are definitely worth checking out. There is a 400Nm Metabo that is probably class leader. But if you can get by with the compact ~300Nm Makita/Milwaukee, that's the way to go.
Yea I seen the metabo and I like it I just don't have any batterys for the metabo and I don't feel like paying 500$ for the set.

I just ordered a Milwaukee heated hoodie (bare tool) on sale at Acme Tool
It's about to be summer time. Are they cheaper around this time of year?

You have to order online? They don't have them in the store?

What's that stop all the grease from ruining it.

That is such a great point, my first HT impact, the brushed dewalt 889 had a detent and i hated it, I prefer the hog rings, and if you don't grease the detent it can get stuck and can be a bitch to get a socket out.
So I'm going with the fuel brushless model. It's 219$ at Home Depot and has the friction ring.

All the new stuff is 18v. 20v max = 18v same shiznit different market scam.
Honesly id be going for whichever of those I could find the best deal on,all 3 are pretty darn similar,I myself would be more partial to the Dewalt or Makita.
Why more towards Dewalt or makita. You don't have Milwaukee tools ?
-
Ok cool. Since they pretty much do the same I'm gonna grave the Milwaukee. I see the bare tool is 219$ at Home Depot and I have shit loads of batterys so that sounds like the winner. I really like the way the makita one looks.

It's pretty awesome actually.
I use mine to locate pipes in walls etc, when drilling/coring.
I have the one with the voltage detector, which is nice too.
It scans and tells wether the material is ferrous or not, stud finder etc.
Very handy.
Yea they are really cool. That thing can tell you anything. When you meet a girl scan her it will tell you if she is a virgin or not. Lol

Yea they look exactly the same and when I order the 18v and that showed up I didn't even catch that it was 28v until the battery didn't fit after like 20 mins of scratching my head
