Hi I'm Kevin. Just recently found the you tube channel TIA and found it entertaining and educational. I recently started to do more than the usual fix here and there around the house. Never was much of a tool guy. Since I've been out of work I decided (my wife decided) I need to do something to fill my time. I figured I would try building a few things so I built a headboard for our King size bed. A simple project but it got me interested in doing more. Unfortunatley my drill died when I finished the project. Christmas is coming so I put the DEWALT combo drill and driver set on my christmas list. Wife was just waiting for the price to come down a little more and she would get it for me. Great price online at HOME DEPOT 259.00 plus $25 off if purchased online. Great news for me. My luck didn't last too long. That same day my wife came home from work and told me she was laid off. Good thing we didn't place the order that morning. Keeping my fingers crossed that my kids will assist us in getting it. Can't build too much without it. Anyway this is all new to me so I am really looking forward to learning more as I follow along with everyone that's part of TIA.
