Dewalt should get on the hydraulic wagon. I use my Surge more then 80 percent of the time... It quickly became my favourite driver

Yeah I hear ya. The whole M18 vs flex Volt discussion is a whole other story but I like how the dewalt miter can plug in as well if you do run outta juice

I hear ya. I get some free gear with the expectation for the manufacturer to test them out and see what they are capable of and post my findings. It's a messy job but someone has to do it!

I did some side by side testing with a surge and a M18 one key impact and the surge often times was faster with 3 inch deck screws. It handles self tapping screws great too. But using 6 inch lags is where she started to lag (lol) behind the impact. Technically it's not designed for big stuff. But regardless, it's an amazing driver! Much quieter!

That's for sure! It handles 90% of fasteners but not the big stuff so much.

Removing a flexvolt battery: 20v vs 60v

I did notice it's slightly harder to look like in the flexvolt batteries on my 7 1/4 sliding miter. Not a big difference but yeah, noticeable
