Milt

I have a Dewalt hammer drill D25600. The lever control to switch between hammer and hammer/drill broke. Part #578494-00. It's plastic. Dewalt discontinued this lever. Not available anymore. It's a pretty darn important feature of this drill. This is the only thing wrong with the drill. Any ideas on what other people are doing to fix this other than carry around a pair of vise grips? Thanks
