I don’t like the idea of trial and error setup, and now have 2 damaged tracks

I have had the same problem on deeper cuts, the saw actually cuts into the aluminum until it binds, while still being seated in the track, it sounds impossible, but it happens. Good luck trying Makita technical help. Cuts great at 3/4”
