I was the designated boy in my sib set of three girls, because dad needed a gofer, dint he??? Well, of course he did. So there I was. I live with a mechanical engineer (Ret) who grew up on a farm and can fix anything. So handy to have. But, a New Englander, so , reticent. Very much so. But not me, I am gregarious as heck. A perfect case of opposites attracting. Anyway, in those rare cases that dh hasn't seen something in all his various tool using and viewing places, I need a place to come after eBay, Amazon and random internet searches have failed me. So, here you are. And we won't be just taking. I'll run things past him and see if he knows what they are. Besides the farm and Mechanical Engineering school at Northeastern, he has made windmills, built houses, and made chairs by hand, using hand tools. So he's a great resource.
